CHAD’s Organizational Coaching Program utilizes a collaborative coaching approach to address the relational, communications and strategic challenges faced by businesses and non-profit organizations. This collaborative coaching approach is based on a model of growth and empowerment and is insight- and results– driven, with the aim of fostering concrete as well as dynamic changes within the organization and how it functions as a group. The goals of the collaborative coaching approach are to highlight areas of challenges, strengths, opportunities and vulnerabilities within the organization and to chart a path forward for smoother, more efficient and improved functioning that will allow the organization to better carry out its mission and attain its goals.
