Fees and Cancellation
CHAD provides services that promote well-being, healing, growth and personal and professional development for individuals, communities and organizations. We offer a unique mix of personalized therapy, psychological testing and evaluation, consultation and program development to meet your lifestyle needs and the needs of your organization.
CHAD is an in-network provider with Magellan (Independence Blue Cross). Before meeting for the initial session, you need to confirm your benefits and provide us with your insurance ID card so we can confirm what your co-pay or coinsurance would be.
We are out of network for other insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit the invoice from your sessions for reimbursement at the rate determined by your insurance company.
Our therapy and testing rates range depend on the specific services requested. Please contact us to get rates and to find out about our coaching and consulting packages.
Cancellation and Weather Policy
You must cancel all appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed session. All efforts will be made to reschedule your missed appointment as soon as possible.
Weather closings will be determined based on announced closings by local school districts.
